Club Developments in 2024

Sporties is about to embark on a $6M renovation to update its facilities and provide members and guests with a modern, state-of-the-art venue.

The upgrade will see a slight change in configuration in the main bar and outdoor areas to provide a more inclusive seating area, and an improved flow from the indoor to outdoor spaces. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the views of the surrounding sporting fields while they enjoy a meal or a drink.

There will be cosmetic upgrades throughout the venue, paying homage to our military roots with new finishes, new lighting, and a fresh coat of paint in most areas of the venue. The bathrooms will receive a major facelift, with significant repairs to drainage and the sewer system. You will see an enhanced wine bar experience at Indulge  Bar, a new gelato station in Indulge Brasserie and introducing one of the biggest screens into the main bar lounge.

These changes will bring some disruption to our services and parts of the Club will be closed off to patrons at certain times.

Unfortunately Kids Club is closed, Cash Housie and Bingo will not run, and entertainment will be scaled back during the renovations.

Indulge Brasserie and Half Time Diner will remain operational throughout the renovations, with food and drink specials, and member promotions still running.

The building works are scheduled to be complete by late April, with all areas in the Club open for Anzac Day.

We acknowledge these disruptions to service are not ideal and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
