Tier Review
Your Tier Review Is Coming Up
Tier reviews are conducted twice a year, in February and August. This upcoming review will consider the total Status Points you’ve earned between 1 February 2026 and 31 July 2026.
To enjoy the benefits of your current tier for a further six months, you’ll need to earn the maintenance points required for that tier. For example, Platinum has a monthly maintenance requirement of 5,000 points, so a Platinum member would need to earn 30,000 points over the six-month period to be retained in that tier.
Members who don’t meet the maintenance requirement will have their tier adjusted in line with the total Status Points earned during this period.
Upgrades happen automatically! Outside of the two reviews, your tier can be upgraded automatically. Tier promotions are assessed using the Status Points earned over a rolling three (3) month period. This period includes: the current calendar month (up to and including today’s date), plus the two calendar months immediately before it (counted in full).

Courtesy Bus
Moorebank Sports Club Courtesy Bus is available every Friday and Saturday from 5:00pm to 2:00am and on Sundays from 3.30pm to 8:30pm.

Joining / Renewal Fees
Membership joining fees and renewals are set as follows:

As a token of our appreciation to new members or those members renewing their membership, a $10 drinks voucher will be loaded on to your member’s account immediately following the transaction. Simply swipe your new membership card at the Rewards Kiosk to redeem your voucher.
