Moorebank Sports Soccer Club Inc. (MSC) has been built upon the dedication and hard work of many parents, friends, players and families over 50 years.
Established in October 1969, MSC was initially known as “The Clark Kiln United Soccer & Sports Club”. The club catered for the sporting needs of children in the Moorebank, Hammondville, Chipping Norton, Pleasure Point and Sandy Point areas.
MSC has enjoyed a sustained involvement with the neighbouring community reaching high levels of participation. In 1970, MSC fielded 7 soccer teams and had 98 club members. In 2019, we fielded 40 mini teams, 17 junior and 9 senior teams, a total of 66 teams and over 800 players in all, paving our way to a stronger future in the greatest game of all for our local community.
Competition:
MSC participates in the Southern Districts Soccer Football Association.
Mini Competition:
Nursery (4 years old) to Under 8. This is non-competitive and played on smaller fields with seven players a side.
Junior Competition:
Under 9 to Under 16, including girls teams. This is competitive and played on full fields.
Senior Competition:
Over age 16 players. A range of different teams may be available depending on demand, these being All Age, All Age Ladies, Premier League and Over 35s.
Teams play in the Southern Districts area and at their own skill level. This level is designed for exercise, enjoyment and friendship.
