Sporties is proud to support Escabags, an Australian charity which distributes ‘Escape Bags’ for victims fleeing domestic and family abuse.
An ‘Escape Bag’ is a free tote bag filled with the necessities that a victim of abuse and his/her children may need when initially escaping a dangerous or abusive situation.
The Escabags Mission is to alleviate the immediate trauma of domestic abuse by providing free and effective access to ‘Escape Bags’ in communities, whilst connecting victims with resources and agencies to continue their journey towards survivorship.
Sporties can now supply a Parent & Child bag and a Single Adult bag.
We are proud to partner with Escabags to support a cause that addresses a vital issue in today’s world. Domestic violence is a serious matter, and we are committed to providing assistance to those who are seeking safety from domestic and family abuse.
Sporties will also be organising a staff volunteering day with Escabags in early 2025.
