Head Chef Mitch and his team have entered mouth-watering BBQ Bourbon Glazed Beef Ribs, served with chips, onion rings and slaw, priced at $28 for members.
“This is a dish that almost anyone would enjoy. The BBQ Bourbon Glaze is what makes it stand out. It’s made in-house, from scratch. The ribs are then slow-cooked for 12 hours instead of the usual six or seven hours, which makes the meat really tender and soft. The meat just melts off the bone”.
It is available for lunch and dinner now, until 9th of July 2023.
